We want you to love your bare-trapssandals.com! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center at bare-trapssandals.com to start your request.
- Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and attach the label.
- Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location.
Return Policy Details
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and select “Exchange” at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
